Farfalle Pasta with Salmon Cream

Ingredients:

  • 350 g Rummo farfalle N°85 pasta 
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 shallot
  • 100 ml Panna Chef Classic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Cook the farfalle in salted water until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, sauté the shallot in olive oil until golden.
  3. Add the chopped smoked salmon to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Drain the farfalle and add them to the salmon sauce. Let it cook together for a couple of minutes.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
