Farfalle Pasta with Salmon Cream

Ingredients:
- 350 g Rummo farfalle N°85 pasta
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 shallot
- 100 ml Panna Chef Classic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Cook the farfalle in salted water until al dente.
- Meanwhile, sauté the shallot in olive oil until golden.
- Add the chopped smoked salmon to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the farfalle and add them to the salmon sauce. Let it cook together for a couple of minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
