Delivery Policy

Important Note: This document will solely explain our delivery policy. However, by registering, using our website, and placing an order, you also agree to all our Terms and Conditions Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Delivery Service

We offer nationwide delivery of groceries through trusted national carriers.
We only deliver in Great Britain, at exclusion of some remote postcode

2. Delivery Times

- Standard delivery: 2-4 working days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery option chosen. For products marked as ‘backorder’  please allow an additional 2 to 10 days for delivery.

Please note we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Cut off time for next day delivery is 12pm. Orders made after this times will be processed the following business day.

We use FedEx for parcel delivery. However, for certain postcodes in London, deliveries may be handled by our local driver.

 3. Delivery Charges

- Orders under £70: Standard delivery fee applies ( will be calculate in the cart )

- Orders £70 (tax excl.) and above: Free delivery

Note: Due to extra delivery surcharges, we cannot offer the same delivery conditions to certain postcodes, such as the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and other remote areas. Therefore, we may ask you to pay the additional delivery surcharge or, alternatively, we may need to cancel the order.

4. Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value for delivery is £25 (tax excl.)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly on our website using your order number.

6. Product Availability and Substitutions

We strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our website. However, if an item is unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to offer a suitable substitution or refund.

7. Grocery Quality and Safety

- All our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

- Perishable items are packed with appropriate cooling materials when necessary.

- We work closely with our suppliers and carriers to maintain the quality and safety of your groceries throughout the delivery process.

8. Missing or Incorrect Items

In the event of missing or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for replacement items to be delivered or issue a refund as appropriate.

9. Delayed Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking information provided. If there are any issues, contact our customer service team for assistance.

10. Undelivered Orders

If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier will follow their standard procedure, which may include leaving the package in a safe place, with a neighbour, or attempting redelivery on another day. Please check the carrier's policy for specific details.

If the driver attempts to deliver the products and, after multiple attempts, we are unable to contact you by email or phone, the shipment will be returned to us.

In this case:

  • If you had a free delivery, a £15 delivery charge will apply, along with a £10 restocking fee to cover our handling costs.
  • If you paid for delivery at the time of purchase, you will be charged the delivery cost you already paid and a £10 restocking fee to cover the handling costs.

11. Cancellations and Returns

- Orders can be cancelled free of charge up until they are dispatched from our warehouse.

- Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to our return policy ( point 7 of Terms and conditions of use (paccoitaliano.co.uk) 

- Due to the nature of grocery products, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a return or refund.

12. Special Requirements

If you have any special delivery requirements or instructions, please include these in the notes section when placing your order.
